Era una giornata di lavoro piuttosto intensa, il 13 luglio, nel call center di assistenza delle Agenzie delle Entrate, delle Dogane, del Territorio. La scadenza degli F24 incombeva sui professionisti e intasava le linee, quando all’improvviso, intorno alle 16, tutti gli operatori si son ritrovati talking to the void, or waiting for a call for a bit 'too long.

Dopo l’ovvio fuggi-fuggi, alcuni di noi hanno deciso di non farsi irretire da una proposta improvvisa, un contratto a termine, che per molti comporterebbe metà dello stipendio, e a un prezzo altissimo da pagare: le dimissioni immediate e la perdita del preavviso per la maggioranza di noi che ha salutato con sollievo un contratto a tempo indeterminato arrivato da poche settimane.
Un salto nel vuoto, insomma, ma in nome di chi? Di un cliente che ci volta le spalle? Di un’azienda da anni poco solida che ci ha perfino dispensato dal prestare servizio? Non ci stiamo.
Piuttosto, rinunceremo volentieri all’abbronzatura per gridare forte ciò che ci sta accadendo e per continuare a rivendicare il diritto al nostro lavoro.
