il primo post del 2008 lo dedichiamo al problema che ha penalizzato i cittadini sorani nel 2007 e che ad oggi continua ad affliggerli, la cronica mancanza d'acqua.
Il discorso che vi proponiamo è articolato ma prestandoci attenzione potrebbe chiarirvi molti dubbi su come si sia affrontato questo problema. Vi preghiamo di leggere con attenzione anche gli estratti dei documenti pubblicati di seguito.
Per dare la possibilità a tutti di farsi un'idea complessiva sulla questione riportiamo i vari documenti in nostro possesso.

Durante questi mesi il Circolo Valle del Liri si è informato, ha protestato, ha incontrato i vari rappresentati delle Istituzioni interessate e sinceramente, a questo punto, pensiamo di aver compreso appieno le cause che hanno determinato il disservizio idrico . Per dare la possibilità a tutti di farsi un'idea complessiva sulla questione riportiamo i vari documenti in nostro possesso.

Ringraziamo ancora tutti gli intervenuti, noi pensavamo di riuscire a smuovere qualche cosa, di fare pressione su chi ha tutto il potere per far cessare questa condizione da Terzo Mondo ma ci eravamo illusi, tutto era rimasto come prima, l'acqua continuava a mancare ancora per 12 ore al giorno.

Ma ancora non era detta l'ultima, dopo aver fissato un appuntamento con il Garante Idrico mi sono recato presso i suoi uffici per consegnarle le firme raccolte e chiedere spiegazioni, la disponibilità del Garante è stata massima e quasi ci eravamo illusi di fare un passo avanti ma nulla, ancora nulla tutto restava come prima.
Che fare allora?
Abbiamo pensato, se la montagna non va da Maometto allora andremo noi a trovare il nostro bravo Gestore e così il giorno 19 dicembre ci siamo recati presso gli uffici della ACEA ATO 5 di Frosinone dove abbiamo incontrato tutta la dirigenza.La riunione è stata lunga e concitata ma la nostra intenzoine era quella di non andare via fin quando non ci avessero fatto delle promesse attendibili per risolvere prima di Natale il problema che una città intera stava vivendo. Ad oggi nulla è cambiato sono passati 4 mesi da quando questa incredibile vicenda è cominciata e ancora nulla, il nostro S indaco qualche giorno fa ha incontrato la dirigenza che ovviamente non ha risparmiato promesse e sinceramente leggendole ci sembrano le stesse che avevano fatto a noi un mese fa.

Bene siamo arrivati alla fine di questo excursus che se raccontato come barzelletta dai toni ironici farebbe sicuramente ridere ma purtropo la situazione è veramente critica.
Dopo tutto quello che abbiamo passato non crediamo più alle promesse risolutorie di ACEA anzi insieme al CO.CI.D.A. di San Donato ( http://cocida.blog.excite.it ) portiamo avanti una battaglia che non gli lascerà scampo.
Siamo pronti a fornire ai cittadini tutti gli strumenti per ribaltare quel rapporto di sudditanza che li vede legati ad ACEA preghiamo tutti gli interessati di contattarci, saremo ben lieti di spiegare come ci stiamo muovendo e soprattutto dove vogliamo arrivare.
