Ci sembra invece che si sia voluto agevolare il comportamento sconsiderato del Gestore lasciandolo fare a suo piacimento, non è possibile che a fronte di tutte le mancanze e le inadempienze facilmente riscontrabili si continui con questa farsa facendo finta di niente. Chiediamo a tutti gli organismi preposti di attuare azioni concrete e decise che fermino tale scempio e che diano sicurezze e certezze ai contribuenti.

Invitiamo tutti i contribuenti a :

1. richiedere il contratto di fornitura ad ACEA ATO 5
   
2. consultare la documentazione che "inchioda" ACEA ATO 5 alle sue responsabilità ( Disciplinare Tecnico, Codice Etico, Carta dei Servizi)

Mobilitiamoci per cercare di risolvere quello che purtroppo la politica non è stata capace di risolvere

Intanto informiamo tutti che il Comune di Sora, dopo il Consiglio del 06/12/2007 che ha visto tutte le Associazioni locali coinvolte contrarie all'istallazione dell'impanto, ha rilasciato la Concessione Edilizia in data 4/01/2008.
Lo definiamo problema non perchè non crediamo nella validità della tecnologia in questione infatti tali impianti, se istallati correttamente e se adottano le milgiori tecnologie disponibili sul mercato, permettono di produrre energia elettrica con emissioni molto più basse di quelle rilasciate da un impianto "tradizionale", questi impianti sono problematici se i due presupposti citati prima non vengono adeguatamente soddisfatti.
