Nella prossima conferenza dei servizi, il Comune di Sora dovrà far valere, senza possibilità di appello, tutte le rimostranze che attendono da troppo tempo un esaustivo chiarimento da parte del Gruppo Burgo. Le ombre della vicenda ricadono proprio sulla Società interessata, in primis non riusciamo a credere che le mancanze certificate siano il frutto di incapacità progettuali da parte di una multinazionale così importante ma riguardano anche la paventata ipotesi di chiusura dello stabilimento qual’ora non venisse istallata la centrale. Speriamo che su tutte queste parti poco chiare e poco piacevoli si riesca a fare chiarezza avendo come unico obbiettivo lo sviluppo della nostra città, sviluppo che, secondo noi, deve ovviamente tendere al miglioramento sia dal punto di vista sociale che ambientale. Legambiente seguirà attentamente l’iter ed è pronta ad intraprendere anche un ricorso giudiziale al T.A.R. se alle problematiche espresse non verranno date le più opportune e chiarificanti risposte.

Ci sembra invece che si sia voluto agevolare il comportamento sconsiderato del Gestore lasciandolo fare a suo piacimento, non è possibile che a fronte di tutte le mancanze e le inadempienze facilmente riscontrabili si continui con questa farsa facendo finta di niente. Chiediamo a tutti gli organismi preposti di attuare azioni concrete e decise che fermino tale scempio e che diano sicurezze e certezze ai contribuenti.

Invitiamo tutti i contribuenti a :

1. richiedere il contratto di fornitura ad ACEA ATO 5
   
2. consultare la documentazione che "inchioda" ACEA ATO 5 alle sue responsabilità ( Disciplinare Tecnico, Codice Etico, Carta dei Servizi)

Mobilitiamoci per cercare di risolvere quello che purtroppo la politica non è stata capace di risolvere

Intanto informiamo tutti che il Comune di Sora, dopo il Consiglio del 06/12/2007 che ha visto tutte le Associazioni locali coinvolte contrarie all'istallazione dell'impanto, ha rilasciato la Concessione Edilizia in data 4/01/2008.
Lo definiamo problema non perchè non crediamo nella validità della tecnologia in questione infatti tali impianti, se istallati correttamente e se adottano le milgiori tecnologie disponibili sul mercato, permettono di produrre energia elettrica con emissioni molto più basse di quelle rilasciate da un impianto "tradizionale", questi impianti sono problematici se i due presupposti citati prima non vengono adeguatamente soddisfatti.

In questo contesto serio e molto grave e’ assurdo che ancora non abbia visto la luce il ‘piano di risanamento dell’aria’, annunciato decine di volte dalla Regione Lazio per mesi e mesi e mai presentato”.

Come uscirne? E' ormai noto che in città la fonte principale di inquinamento è il trasporto stradale, le soluzioni al problema allora sono da ricercare in una nuova politica della mobilità, che metta al centro il trasporto pubblico e riduca il numero di vetture in circolazione nei centri urbani. Per questi motivi chiediamo a tutti i cittadini interessati di aderire alla campagna Malaria, che vedrà coinvolto il Circolo Valle del Liri di Sora durante il mese di Febbraio. Speriamo si riesca a lanciare un segnale forte che spinga le persone a sensibilizzarsi verso un problema che ci coinvolge tutti, la nostra salute .
