The Assembly of Committees and Associations, meeting in Frosinone May 22, 2008, was established in Provincial Coordination for Public Water.
In the face of overt non-compliance of ACEA ATO 5 SpA, an accomplice hiding in front of the public administrators, consult and assembly of mayors, that their role was and is called upon to protect the rights of citizens testing the function of the manager, committees and associations have decided to organize themselves to use every tool to reach the termination of the agreement and the return of a common essential to life as water governance.
In this regard the provincial coordination also considers the need for systematic action against flagrant violations found in management.

Lawyers Valcher Louis, Galluccio and Marco Simone Macari were instructed to organize a panel at the provincial level to assist in any legal office, civil and criminal law, citizens in disputes with ACEA.
